Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities and logistics partners located in China.

Delays

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@polarritual.com and provide:

  • Photos of the packaging;

We will work with our manufacturing partners to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages
